Description

Our selection of artisan loafs are made weekly.  Each loaf is made in house with fresh fruits picked from our local farms in Oregon…you can taste the difference in using fresh fruit compared to frozen or canned fruit.   Once baked, artisan loafs are cooled then individual wrapped then frozen.  This seals in the flavor and doesn’t allow freezer burn on the finished product.  They are shipped frozen and thaw out during shipping.  When you receive, carefully unwrap and place in the refrigerator.  When ready to eat, carefully slice and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.   Have it as a snack, warm it up and enjoy and spread butter or your favorite three brothers jam on top.  ENJOY!!!

With the fresh fruits we pick and/or receive from farms, we decided to expand our three brothers jam brand and offer specialty baked goods!  Our baked products consist off artisan bread loaves, Filipino dessert steamed buns, steamed rice cakes and our famous MFA Japanese Cheesecake .  All products are shipped frozen; will be thawed when received.  Once received, place in refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life.  Reheat in microwave:  slice of bread loaf about 10-15 seconds, rice cakes (20-45 seconds).  Heating times will vary due to microwave size and number of items being heated.  Suggested servings:  spread butter or your favorite three brothers jam over warmed slice of bread or rice cake.  ENJOY!
