Description
Filipino Siopao (pronounced sho-pow): literally means “hot bun” is the Philippines version of the Cantonese steamed bun called cha sui boa. Siopao is a Filipino treat with Chinese roots. Our made from scratch, almost sweet, soft bun is filled with delicious pork or chicken and then carefully steamed. The siopao is never crowded in the steamer; this allows each steamed bun to fully rise and cook perfectly. Below is our list of siopao (steamed buns) we always have in inventory.
